Follow a phased treatment protocol so that your skin can progressively and comfortably adapt, especially if you have recently used strong skin treatments, or if your skin is sensitive.

Apply each products once every 2 days (maximum) for 5-10 days.

After 5-10 days, and once you feel your skin is fully accustomed to the treatments, you can progressively increase frequency to once a day (for another 5-10 days) then twice a day, morning & evening.
